As there are a large number of students studying in this college who are coming from very poor families, it was decided to constitute a permanent fund under the name Vidyanidhi to assist them. A sum of Rs. 500.00 each from the members of the teaching staff was collected and the total amount of Rs. 18500.00 is deposited in the Kasaragod Cooperative Bank, Vidyanagar.
The fully functioning exceutive committee uner the guidance of the College Principal identifies poor students so as to help them and also to find out ways to strengthen the fund.
